As in, the $9 million I saved by insourcing email production and analytics work. Or cutting website production time by 80%. Or eliminating hundreds of hours of manual work by introducing tech like InVision and Sketch.
SETTING STANDARDS
Customers benefit — but internal teams are the real winners — when everyone aligns on style guides, patterns, reusable components, a consistent voice and common tools. Nothing is more important to the brand experience.
