I led a pilot project to reduce retail sales time by using a variety of interactive screens to help customers explore Sprint’s products while they waited for a sales rep. Top features included:
CHECK-IN
We tied mobile appointment-setting to in-store check in. Customers could see their place in line on any screen in the store.
COVERAGE
Printed maps were replaced by interactive screens that gave address-level and phone-specific coverage details.
PRICING
Printed handset price tags were replaced with digital displays that could be updated in real-time.
PLAN BUILDER
Customers could use a simple drag & drop interface to find the right product and plan combo.
DESIGN SYSTEM
I led reviews & the establishment of design language, working with SapientNitro.
OPERATIONS
I worked with IT to tie screen updates to existing web maintenance processes.
