SPRINT.COM eCOMM REDESIGN

Shopping, re-imagined.

In 2016, a tiny team at Sprint — assisted by the tech and design teams at VML — made a beta version of our shopping site. We rebuilt it from scratch, from design language to APIs. After successful A/B testing, it became the basis for a massive, sitewide redesign the following year.

MOBILE-FIRST

The design was simple, responsive, and optimized for mobile viewing.

SIMPLIFIED

We de-cluttered and went for a clean, vibrant experience.

BRAND REFRESHED

We pushed the envelope on brand, creating digital-specific standards for visuals and copy.

INTERACTIVE

We converted a multi-step pricing model into an interactive, 1-screen experience.

CREATIVE

I oversaw the site design, from wireframes to launch.

ANALYSIS

I led ecommerce product, logic and content analysis.

COMMUNICATION

I built buy-in from execs for the project, including our CEO.
